Welcome to our home on the Web. We are glad that you are visiting, and we would like to be
of assistance if possible in your quest for a Great Dane or just help with any questions that you
may have. Our kennel is family operated here at White Columns Farm in Comer Georgia just
fifteen minutes due East of Athens Georgia off of Hwy 72E. My wife and I as well as our three
children are all active with the Danes even my mother helps out when needed, so it truly is a
family affair since we also consider our Danes a part of our family and not just pets!  Our goal
in breeding Danes is to adhere to the code of the  Great Dane Club of America and The
American Kennel Club. We prefer to breed larger bone,heavier Danes  that are closer to the
original German Dane. We like the heavier Danes with heads more to the large size rather than
the show cut that has become so popular in the show ring today. We breed for general health,
temperament,size and over all soundness of our Danes. It is our intention to continue this
tradition as long as we possibly can and to hopefully one day hand this down even to our
children to carry on with this worth while endeavor. Our family is not in the breeding business
to make a profit as we seldom do . We are fortunate to have other means by which we derive
our general income so that we can enjoy the Danes as our family hobby. This makes the
adventure far less stressful for us and especially the Danes since the kennel is not dependant on
puppies for income operation like some kennels may be. We do not show Danes as I believe
this is best left to people who love the social climate of the show ring and the demanding travel
schedule that must be kept when in season. We do however encourage any of our customers
who enjoy this activity to show and we will try and be of assistance if possible.

Below is an example of a 163 lb young male playing with a 10 week old puppy, this is just one
example of our Danes overall personality. We do not have to separate any of our adults due to
personality conflicts and we trust all of our adults with the puppies always. We will add to this
page as time and necessity requires.
